In January of 2023, our Normandy Drive estate was ranked in “Buckhead’s Top 10 Home Sales For 2022“. These homes represent the top-tier of homes in Buckhead, Atlanta. The sales from the list range from the low $6 millions to the low $9 millions, with Normandy Drive selling at $6.5m.

New Estate in Buckhead, Atlanta
Completed in early 2022 and situated in Buckhead, Atlanta, this custom home satisfies many of the objectives important to today’s buyers, such as the ability to construct a pool house, and additional space for a theater room, lounge, and exercise suite on the terrace level.
White Oak Fine Homes put a great deal of effort into shaping the property so that the rear yard is accessible from the main level of the house. Known as a “main level walk-out” rear yard, it is becoming increasingly rare for a new home in Buckhead.

The available space on the terrace level, the second bonus room, and the zoning for an additional structure on the rear of the property allowed for a great deal of customization. The house was carefully designed and situated on the lot to maximize natural light, creating a wonderful feeling for the residents.

The high-end interior and exterior finishes are really something at 2845 Normandy Drive. The exterior stone and painted brick combination are fresh, current colors rather than the same old tired looking white brick and stone being used on so many other new homes. Our wonderfully talented design team chose to showcase the natural light flooding the interior in a “soft-contemporary” style by utilizing some very interesting reflective finishes and materials.
We installed a stunning polished Venetian plaster on many of the walls, as well as ceilings on the main level. The tile work in the six full baths is spectacular, each was given the designer’s full attention so every bath is as stylish as many master bathrooms. Another gem on the interior of this home are the cabinets. Kingdom Woodworks, a premier custom cabinet maker in the Southeast, has created a palate of cabinetry for this home that is like no other.
